Die Gum Slitter Line ist aus folgenden Komponenten aufgebaut:
Abwickelstation:
- Wechselrolle bis 1000 mm Durchmesser
- Materialbreite (Gum) bis 800 mm
- Gum Material wird zusammen mit PE-Folie verarbeitet
- Abwickelstation wird kantengesteuert
Schneidmaschine mit Quetschmessertechnik:
- Maximal 20 Quetschmesser auf gehärteter Schneidwalze
- Streifenbreite ab 30 mm möglich
Aufwickelstation:
- Doppelachse um das Material aufzuwickeln
- Abhängig von der Materialbreite bis maximal 500 mm Aufwickeldurchmesser
- Als Option ist kontaktwickeln möglich (Abstand < 20 mm)
Anlagengeschwindigkeit:
- 50 m/min (Schneidmaschine)

- As option contact winding is possible (distance < 20mm)
Line speed:
- 50m/min (cutting machine)
